General Guidelines for Authors

The African Union Journal of Academic and Research Studies (AUJARS) welcomes your scientific contributions and invites researchers to strictly adhere to the following methodological and technical standards:

I. Quality and Content Standards

  • Scientific Excellence: Research must be characterized by originality, innovation, and scientific novelty in both approach and subject matter.

  • Accurate Documentation: Full commitment to accuracy in scientific documentation and the proper citation of all sources and references.

  • Linguistic Integrity: Manuscripts must be written in sound language, completely free from linguistic, typographical, and grammatical errors.

  • Exclusivity and Publication: The research must not have been previously published or submitted for publication to any other entity, in any language, at the time of submission.

  • Academic Integrity: Strict adherence to the principles of scientific honesty and the recognized methodologies and tools within the researcher's field of specialization.

  • Collaborative Work: In the case of joint research, the corresponding author is committed to listing all participating researchers who contributed to the work.

II. Technical Specifications and Formatting

  • Research Size: The total length of the research should not exceed 30 pages (A4), including appendices, tables, and references.

  • Abstract: An abstract of no more than 250 words must be provided.

  • Arabic Font: Use Times New Roman, font size 14.

  • English Font: Use Times New Roman, font size 12.

  • Bilingual Data: The researcher's name, affiliation, research title, abstract, and keywords must be provided in both Arabic and English.

  • Affiliation Order: Author details should be listed in the following sequence: (Department, College, University, City, Country).

III. Rights and Legal Obligations

  • Publishing Charter: Sending the research to the journal is considered an official declaration of commitment to all established publishing rules and policies.

  • Intellectual Property: Submission of the research constitutes an acknowledgment that the author holds the full intellectual property rights to the submitted work.

  • Publication Fees: Authors are committed to paying the prescribed publication fees upon the final acceptance of the research for publication.

IV. Submission Procedures

Research and scientific manuscripts should be sent to the journal’s editorial board via the following methods:

  • Contact Information: Providing a mobile phone number including the international country code (for WhatsApp communication) is a mandatory requirement for all submissions.
